Point of Sale (POS)

Open POS from the navigation. The terminal is built for speed: search or scan, tap, and complete the sale.

Selling

1. Find products by name search, category chips, or the barcode field — any keyboard-wedge USB scanner works with no setup: scan and the item drops into the cart.
2. Adjust quantities in the cart, pick the payment account (cash box, mobile money, bank) and optionally a customer.
3. Complete sale — SBB records the income transaction, deducts stock, assigns a receipt number, and posts everything to your books in one flow.

Quick sale

Selling something not in the catalog? Use Quick sale at the bottom of the POS screen: amount + description, done.

Shifts

Open a shift with a starting float, sell through the day, and close it with counted cash — SBB reports over/short automatically.

Receipts

Every sale generates a receipt (also stored on the transaction). On the desktop app receipts print silently to your thermal printer, and any recent receipt can be reprinted.
