Enable the Inventory & POS module to track what you sell.

The catalog

Products holds your catalog: name, category, selling price, cost price, SKU, barcode, and stock per location. Import it in bulk from CSV/Excel using the import wizard — a template is downloadable in the wizard.

Stock movements

Every change is a movement with a paper trail:

• Stock receipts — goods arriving from a supplier.
• Adjustments — corrections, shrinkage, damage (with a reason).
• POS sales deduct stock automatically.
• Transfers move stock between locations.

Purchase orders & suppliers

Raise purchase orders against suppliers and receive them into stock. Supplier bills flow into your payables (see Bills and Aging).

Low stock

Product cards and the POS grid show remaining quantities; low and out-of-stock items are highlighted so reordering is obvious.
