The General Ledger
Ledger is the accountant's view of your business, in four tabs: the ledger feed, contacts, P&L, and accounts.
The feed
Every entry shows income/expense columns and a running balance. Expand any row for the full detail:
- the double-entry journal posting (debit / credit accounts),
- source, recorded time, confidence, and evidence (receipts),
- a Reconciled ✓ badge once the entry has been matched to a bank statement,
- a link to the full transaction page.
Per-account ledgers
The Accounts tab lists each money location — cash box, bank accounts, mobile money — with live balance and period in/out. Press View entries → to open that account's own ledger, exactly like a bank book.
Contacts and categories
The Contacts tab profiles every counterparty (volume, frequency, reliability), and P&L summarises income and expense categories for the selected period.
